Certifications

MIL-STD-810F Immersion

The MIL-STD-810F Immersion Test is a military standard procedure used to assess the ability of equipment, including hard cases, to withstand submersion in water, ensuring they remain operational and undamaged when exposed to wet environments.

Subjecting a hard case to the MIL-STD-810F Immersion Test is like verifying that its contents, such as sensitive instruments, continue to function flawlessly after being submerged in water during field operations.

ASTM D-4169 DC-18 Rainfall

ASTM D-4169 DC-18 Rainfall Test is a standardized procedure used to evaluate the ability of packaging, including hard cases, to protect its contents from moisture and rain during transportation, ensuring items remain dry and undamaged.

Subjecting a hard case to an ASTM D-4169 DC-18 Rainfall Test is akin to confirming that sensitive electronics inside remain unharmed even in a heavy downpour during shipment.

ASTM D-4169 DC-18 Vibration

ASTM D-4169 DC-18 Vibration Test is a standardized evaluation process used to assess the ability of packaging, such as hard cases, to withstand the vibrational forces encountered during transportation, ensuring the protection of contents.

Subjecting a hard case to an ASTM D-4169 DC-18 Vibration Test is akin to verifying that a camera inside remains undamaged despite enduring bumpy road conditions during shipment.

ASTM D-4169 DC-18 Drop Test

ASTM D-4169 DC-18 is a standardized testing procedure used to assess the durability of packaging, including hard cases, by subjecting them to controlled drops from specified heights and angles, simulating the stresses encountered during shipping and handling.

When a hard case undergoes an ASTM D-4169 DC-18 drop test, it's like verifying that a laptop inside remains unharmed after falling from a conveyor belt during airport luggage handling.

ATA Specification 300 - Category 1 Impact

ATA Specification 300 is a set of industry standards and guidelines for the design and testing of transport cases, particularly those used to safeguard delicate or sensitive equipment during transit. Within this specification, "Category 1 Impact" refers to a rigorous testing criterion. It signifies that a hard case, such as a protective container for fragile instruments, has been tested and certified to withstand a severe impact, typically a drop from a specified height, without compromising the integrity of its contents.

Consider a scenario where you're transporting a high-end camera in a hard case designed to meet ATA Specification 300 - Category 1 Impact standards. If, during your journey, the case accidentally falls from a height, the camera and its accessories will remain unharmed inside the case. This certification ensures that even in rough handling situations, your valuable equipment stays well-protected, making it a reliable choice for photographers and professionals who frequently travel with fragile gear.

IP6X Ingress Protection - Dustproof

IP6X represents an industry-standard rating that indicates a product's level of protection against the intrusion of dust and solid particles. The "IP" stands for "Ingress Protection," while the "6" specifically signifies the product's dustproof capability. An IP6X-rated device or enclosure has undergone testing and validation to ensure that it offers complete protection against the entry of fine dust particles, preventing them from harming the internal components.

Imagine you have a rugged hard case for your sensitive electronic equipment with an IP6X rating. In practical terms, this means that no matter how dusty the environment is, the case is engineered to keep out even the tiniest dust particles. So, whether you're on a desert expedition or working in a dusty construction site, your valuable electronics remain shielded from dust and potential damage, thanks to their IP6X Ingress Protection rating.

IPX7 Ingress Protection - Waterproof

IPX7 is an industry-standard rating that signifies a product's level of protection against water and moisture. The "IP" stands for "Ingress Protection," while the "X" is a placeholder for dust resistance (not applicable here). The "7" specifically denotes the product's waterproof capability. In IPX7-rated devices, the "X" indicates that there's no rating for dust intrusion, while the "7" means the device can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes without suffering damage.

Imagine you have a rugged hard case for your smartphone with an IPX7 rating. This means that if you accidentally drop your phone in a puddle or a shallow pool, the case is designed to keep your phone safe and dry even if it's submerged for up to half an hour. So, whether you're caught in a rainstorm or decide to take some underwater photos, your phone remains protected from water damage thanks to its IPX7 Ingress Protection rating.

JunZhiJia 904 First Aid case

Overview

*Contents not included with the case

A fully-functioning first-aid kit is critical in numerous emergency situations. Imagine a worst-case scenario where you require your first aid kit and you find that yours is wet or damaged!

Don’t wait until it’s too late. Put your first aid kit inside a JunZhiJia 904 First Aid Case and regain your peace of mind.

Why Choose The JunZhiJia 904 First Aid case?

Keep your case from sealing shut. Automatically.

Automatic Pressure Release Valve

Changes in altitude, temperature, humidity and geographic location create a “vacuum lock” which can effectively seal a case shut. JunZhiJia's integrated auto-pressure valve equalizes this atmospheric pressure difference. Using state-of-the-art technology, the micro vent allows air to pass through while preventing water from entering.

Stand out with a unique design and color selection.

Design & Colors

Rounded corners and chamfered edges merge with strong character lines to deliver a design that is as sleek and modern as it is tough and reliable. Be it for aesthetic preference or more practical purposes, color choice is an important feature for many JunZhiJia users - choose from up to nine colors depending on the case.

No matter what nature throws its way, JunZhiJia is built to survive. This JunZhiJia is shock-absorbent to prevent damage to the case and, more importantly, to the valuable contents.

Go where no case has gone before.

IP67 Waterproof & Dustproof

JunZhiJia protective cases were primarily designed for front line protection, search and rescue missions, first responders, military, industrial, marine and diving uses. The professionals that rely on JunZhiJia cases require a reliable, waterproof solution which resists deformation and fatigue. JunZhiJia ensures a long-lasting, watertight seal - nothing gets in – nothing!

Close with confidence. Open with ease.

PowerLatch Superior Latching System

Ensuring that your smaller gear stays well protected from the elements, this JunZhiJia case's patented PowerLatch latching system uses compressive force and triple action to clamp your case tight. Integrated slide locks offer added security, preventing your case from opening during transport or if it’s dropped. The super tough nylon construction and stainless-steel hardware ensure that your important items stay safe in your JunZhiJia waterproof case no matter where your journey takes you.

Customer Reviews

Excellent Kit

This is an excellent kit. Indestructable and exactly what I needed for the Hobie Getaway. It will get knocked around but needs to stay dry. I would suggest a larger roll of medical tape though. Most incidents I've had required 80% gauze and tape - lots of tape.

Thanks for the positive feedback! Our goal is always to deliver high-quality products along with a great customer experience.

JunZhiJia 935 First Aid case

Well built, easy to set up

The box was set up as a medical kit with the padded insert and key lock handles. Works very well for a quick grab kit as a paramedic as I can local it to secure drugs and equipment with a simple key.

Case is perfect size for vehicle

This case is perfect fit for keeping in your vehicle and tough to withstand constant banging around in truck or under seat. The first aid supply doesnt fill the case and is missing someone essential items. I filled with several extras including tourniquet, epipen, sj bandages etc.

Nice case

It'll hold a small amount, think it's good for certain things. Wish these came with medical inserts

Great size for the back of the car or under a bthroom sink

Thank you for your positive feedback! We are delighted to hear that you were completely satisfied with your purchase. Your satisfaction motivates us to continue offering you the best.

Well constructed and designed. Instructions for adding the lid organizer didn’t account for an existing insert, but easy enough to work around. Happy so far

Great Product!

Durable and well constructed.

Waiting on warranty issues

Hello,
I love the look and feel of the exterior. However there was an issue with the interior , top lid insert on one of the first aid kits and I'm waiting to hear back from there. Warranty claim filed on July 17th. Merci, Allan

Hi Allan, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the interior issue and appreciate your patience as we resolve it. Please rest assured we're working to get this sorted quickly. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

This product was not as represented. What was sent is a toy. Yes, it has a few articles that can be used for basic first aid, if you have a cut or mosquito bite. Most of what was in this package was,in my opinion, unnecessary filler. When I asked to send this back, I was told that this could not be sent back. This was never represented at the time of purchase. Buy this if your daughter has a Barbie. Otherwise, don’t waste your money.
