JunZhiJia Limited Lifetime Warranty & Disclaimer

*Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty applies to JunZhiJia hard Cases and their components only.

Limited to the case and not its contents—accessories, foam, padded dividers, lid organizers—and, in no event, shall JunZhiJia’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case for which damages are claimed. 

JunZhiJia Cases are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and Disclaimer.  

JunZhiJia warrants that JunZhiJia Case will be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and Disclaimer.  

Repairs or Replacement 

JunZhiJia's obligation under this Warranty is limited, at its sole and exclusive option, to either the repair or replacement of the Case where a defect has been claimed and is determined by JunZhiJia to be present. In some instances, it may be determined that the customer can easily install parts; in such cases, JunZhiJia reserves the right to ship replacement parts directly to the customer for repair. Otherwise, the customer must pay and accept the risk of loss for shipping the Case to JunZhiJia at 1059 Boulevard des Entreprises Ouest, Terrebonne, QC J6Y 1V2, Canada for inspection. Upon inspection by JunZhiJia, the Case or parts thereof that JunZhiJia determines are defective will be repaired or replaced at no charge, and the Case will be shipped back to the customer by JunZhiJia, at JunZhiJia’s expense and risk of loss. If, upon inspection, JunZhiJia determines that the Case or the parts thereof are not defective, the Case will be shipped back to the customer by JunZhiJia, at the customer’s expense and risk of loss. 

 Limitation of Warranty 

The Warranty herein applies only to the original customer of the Case and may not be transferred or assigned. This Warranty is conditional upon the customer giving prompt notice to JunZhiJia of any discovered defects. JunZhiJia shall not be responsible for any other defects or damage, including, but not limited to, any defects or damage caused by or resulting from: (a) alterations, modifications, or repairs to the Case by anyone other than JunZhiJia; (b) accident; (c) damage due to an intentional or negligent act of a third party; (d) abuse, negligence, or neglect; (e) wear and tear; (f) mishandling; (g) failure to use the Case as intended; (h) failure to follow the use and care instructions, or (i) force majeure. If the Case, in the judgment of JunZhiJia, shows evidence of having been altered, modified, or repaired without the authorization of JunZhiJia, the Warranty herein shall not apply.  This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your province or territory of residence. To the extent permitted by law, JunZhiJia disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

JunZhiJia hard Cases are manufactured using a plastic injection mould. Visible plastic injection points on the case or minor blemishes due to the injection process are normal and should not be considered defects. Aesthetic damage occurring from regular use that does not affect the performance of the hard Case, such as scratches and/or the gradual fading or deterioration of the Case’s colour, is excluded from this Warranty. 

Liability 

JunZhiJia's cumulative liability for damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use or possession of the Case, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort, including negligence or strict liability, shall be limited to the purchase price of the Case. In no event shall JunZhiJia be liable to the customer or any other party for exemplary, indirect, special, incidental, contingent, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or possession of the Case, including the value of the contents of the Case, whether or not JunZhiJia has received notice of the possibility or certainty of such damages or losses. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.  

*Limited Lifetime Warranty 

This warranty applies to JunZhiJia Soft Bags and their components only. Limited to the bag and not its contents, and in no event shall JunZhiJia’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the bag for which damages are claimed. 

JunZhiJia Soft Bags are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and Disclaimer. JunZhiJia warrants that each JunZhiJia Bag will be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and Disclaimer (the "Warranty").

Aesthetic damage occurring from regular use that does not affect the performance of the soft Bag, such cosmetic blemishes, as scratches and/or the gradual fading or deterioration of the Bag’s colour, is excluded from this Warranty.

* One-Year Limited Warranty 

This warranty applies to JunZhiJia accessories sold separately. Limited to the accessory only and in no event shall JunZhiJia’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the accessory for which damages are claimed.

JunZhiJia Accessories include but are not limited to, TSA latches, TSA locks, shoulder straps, padded dividers, lid organizers, foam inserts, caster wheels, Molle panels, panel kits, desiccant containers, N-Cubiks, Airtag™ Holder, and heavy-duty wheel kits. 

JunZhiJia warrants that each JunZhiJia Accessory will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one-year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and Disclaimer (the "Warranty"). 

 Repairs or Replacement 

JunZhiJia's obligation under this Warranty is limited, at its sole and exclusive option, to either the repair or replacement of the Accessory where a defect has been claimed and is determined by JunZhiJia to be present. In some instances, it may be determined that the customer can easily install parts; in such cases, JunZhiJia reserves the right to ship replacement parts directly to the customer for repair. Otherwise, the customer must pay and accept the risk of loss for shipping the Accessory to JunZhiJia at 1059 Boulevard des Entreprises Ouest, Terrebonne, QC J6Y 1V2, Canada for inspection. Upon inspection by JunZhiJia, the Accessory or parts thereof that JunZhiJia determines are defective will be repaired or replaced at no charge, and the Accessory will be shipped back to the customer by JunZhiJia, at JunZhiJia’s expense and risk of loss. If, upon inspection, JunZhiJia determines that the Accessory or the parts thereof are not defective, the Accessory will be shipped back to the customer by JunZhiJia, at the customer’s expense and risk of loss.
